As we consider another year winding down the natural draw will always be to take inventory of the things that are accomplished or expereinced and work to add to ourselves to have a more impactful coming year.

In the last handful of years I have tried a different approach to this, first and foremost starting with what I need to purge more than what do I need to add to an already crowded life and mind.
