Todd reads a few questions from listeners about childhood anxiety. Cathy talks about the importance of being self aware, practicing self care, and why finding our calm can create calm in our kids. She also suggests that we ask kids how we can support them – if kids are met with understanding and compassion rather than fear and shame, they can usually offer their own solutions for change.

Todd brings back “Tournament of Bad” and explains why he is frustrated with Sharon Osbourne.
