We're diving headfirst into the NFL Draft on Thursday's Orange and Brown Talk Podcast. Cleveland.com's draft expert, Tim Bielik, and film expert, Lance Reisland, join Dan Labbe for the first weekly draft podcast to get you ready for when the Browns go on the clock at the end of the month.

They start by identifying the biggest needs the Browns have in this draft and then they offer up their needs no one is really talking about. They attach some names that could fill those needs who could fall in the Browns range.

Then they fire up Pro Football Focus' mock draft simulator and do their Browns mock draft of the first four rounds. They go pick-by-pick, debate who to take and make a decision. Each week they'll do a new mock draft using a different simulator.
