Lex & Jen are International school teachers who work in China but have been temporarily stuck in Phuket, Thailand. They shared with us a few stories about their journey from The USA to China and how a simple vacation turned into an ‘endless’ time of island living, right here in Phuket.
Lex & Jen are originally from USA, they decided to pursue a life in teaching overseas and made the transition to China 10 years ago. Jen is a Curriculum organizer and coach for their school while Lex is a designer, teaching design to High School students.
In this episode of Fruiting Body Podcast, We take a look at the lives of Lex & Jen who have managed to raise 2 amazing kids while also following their dreams of traveling and working in a foreign country. They shared stories of their time in china and what it has been like to be stranded on a holiday island such as Phuket. We look at the steps needed to begin your adventure of traveling overseas and the highs vs lows of a working expat.
