I am a grateful member of Al-Anon God‘s instrument for peace for those who want to do what’s right and don’t have the power to do it at the right time. Al-Anon gives us that hump that we need to do the right thing at the right time with the right words, in other words, keeping our boundaries intact. It’s preservation.
