I spoke about this over my Substack this week but, my word, the new series of And Just Like That has made me feel really scared about getting older. What happened to the dynamic, powerful women from Sex and the City - I want them back!
Also, my latest weight loss update is one I wasn't expecting. The pump from the gym feels great but after weeks of feeling leaner, it's surprising to feel swollen all of a sudden.
