Award winning film Maker Denise Soler Cox is on the #ReadingWithYourKids #Podcast to help us kickoff Hispanis Heritage Month and to celebrate her acclaimed film Being Eñye. Denise tells us that The Enye (ñ) Experience is an interactive, story-driven, multi-platform, documentary project featuring first-person narratives from 1st generation American-born Latinos, also known as Enyes (ñ)s. She feels that now more than ever, in our communities, schools, and corporations it is crucial that we actively discuss and support one another’s understanding of the complexities around belonging, cultural diversity and feeling like our experiences matter.
