We also discuss: Tim’s new solo project Bongo Chico, and preview the debut single from the project “When You Walked Away;” the 20th anniversary of the band’s “Nothing Is Sound” album; how the band was sucked into Sony’s XCP Copy Protection controversy (alongside of Foo Fighters’ “In Your Honor”), and the unique way the band responded; and some updates on Switchfoot’s next studio album, which (spoiler alert) is going to be a return to a more guitar driven sound!
