Peterka Trade Leaves DoanHers in Shambles | SLC Puck! Ep. 120
Description
GRAB SOME ICE GIVEAWAY: https://www.slcpuck.com/p/giveaway-grab-some-ice
Social media lit up Wednesday as the Utah Mammoth made a bold move, acquiring dynamic young scorer JJ Peterka from the Buffalo Sabres in exchange for fan favorites Michael Kesselring and Josh Doan.
SLC Puck host Austin Facer called it a major win for Utah — not just because Peterka adds immediate firepower to the roster, but because the Mammoth still retain their biggest trade chip: the 4th overall pick in Friday’s NHL Draft.
To Facer, the deal sends a clear message to the hockey world: Utah isn’t here to wait. The Mammoth are pushing to compete.
