The Last Call Killer: A little known serial killer stalks Manhattan
Description
When Thomas Mulcahy's carefully dismembered body parts are found on the side of a road by city workers, the police hope this is an isolated incident but then, a second body is found in the same manner. Then a third. The police cannot catch this maniac and the case goes cold for some time, but early 1990's forensic technology is improving and with the help of a Canadian laboratory, police identify their serial killer. When they do, they find a decades long history of perversion, violence and murder
