Published 6 years, 1 month ago
Description
Jonas Siegel and James Mirtle discuss the Maple Leafs first big trade of the off-season, as Kyle Dubas deals Kasperi Kapanen to Pittsburgh for the 15th overall selection in the 2020 Draft. The Leafs also received RFA Evan Rodrigues, prospect Filip Hallander and minor leaguer David Warsofsky in the deal.
Jonas and James look at who else might be moved this off-season by Kyle Dubas including Frederik Andersen, Andreas Johnsson and Alexander Kerfoot, and how vital it is for the Leafs to gain cap space over the next couple of seasons in the flat cap era.
