I want you to use your imagination. Pretend you are at school. For the entire morning, you are wearing glasses that make everything very blurry.
Around noon, someone hands you glasses with a perfect prescription and you can see everything SUPER clearly. I am guessing that the second half of your day will go much better than the first half.
Private school leaders have a big problem when it comes to seeing clearly at school. The problem is called the “tyranny of the urgent.” When you are playing whack-a-mole, with one hand and operating a fire extinguisher with the other hand, it is pretty difficult to see anything clearly.
