Jessica Hull is the new National and Oceania Mile Record, after setting 4:18.24 in the Dream Mile of the Diamond League Bislett Games in Oslo, Norway while Linden Hall ran a personal best of 4:19.60
Oli Hoare is the new 1500m National and Oceania Record Holder, running 3:29.41 in the Men’s 1500 as Jakob Ingebrigsten set a European Record in winning the race, clocking 3:27.95 to move to 6th on the all-time list.
Jack Rayner also took part in the night, running 13:38.11 in the 5000m.

Andy Buchanan returned to the podium at the Cruden Farm 12km Cross Country, with Liam Cashin in second and Lachlan Herd third. Bendigo was the winning team, ahead of Box Hill and Western Athletics.
Stella Radford was first woman across, ahead of Box Hill teammate Victoria Skaltsonis and Saskia Lloyd, with Saint Stephens Harriers the top team over Box Hill and Glenhuntly.

Ed Goddard won the 10km NSW State Cross Country Champs over in Nowra, ahead of Bankstown pair Hamish Longworth and Harrison McGill, with Sydney University the winning team.
Aynslee Van Graan was crowned NSW champion over Run Crew teammates Katie St Lawrence and Niamh Allen, Run Crew also winning the team championship.
