RESOLVING REGRET: Joannaβs Guide to Grief Recovery and Spiritual Communication!
Description
Joanna is a friend I met in our MasterHeart group, a small group of entrepreneurs who aspire to have authentic, heart driven businesses. Joanna is an Advanced Grief Recovery Specialist.
As we talked about what Joanna does, I realized a very important part of grief recovery for many is resolving guilt, regret, etc. around things we said or didn't say, did or didn't do, before our loved ones passed. Before we can make a good solid relationship with them in this new way, we have to heal those things.Β
Joanna employs a method to help resolve these unresolved emotions and we discuss it in the interview. She's also a former professional medium and talks about ways we can all become better at communicating with our loved ones on the other side of the veil. Her book that helps with this is Signs from Spirit by Rev. Joanna Bartlett. There is also a course on Udemy that covers this material.
