BREAKING the Cycle: Lisa Samet’s Powerful Approach to Rewiring Subconscious Patterns
Description
Meeting Lisa was like meeting another version of myself in terms of the conclusions we have come to after years of observation of the human condition. I learned so much about understanding the why of what I have observed during our talk. In our work with clients, we have found that the issues we face, while unique in their particulars, are actually pretty much universal. And, by recognizing the patterns, we can break them. By realizing we are not alone, we can break the cycle of shame and guilt and work on these subconscious patterns that cause us to self-sabotage.
Lisa Samet, ND, has been in private practice for almost 25 years, specializing in holistic healing to help patients lead more balanced lives. In recent years, she has expanded her offerings from Homeopathy and Nutrition to include “Emotional Repatterning,” a method of self-inquiry and self-awareness to shift deep subconscious beliefs and patterns which keep us emotionally stuck. Her passion for her work is evident in her new book, Emotional Repatterning: Healing Emotional Pain by Rewiring the Brain.
