Time and again oats prove to be a controversial and complicated topic in the celiac community. Deb Wheaton has graciously agreed to share her expertise and experience on the topic. Deb is the co-founder of Gluten Free Prairie (a well-known company that makes gluten free purity protocol oats and oat-based mixes), has celiac disease herself, was on the Board of Directors of the Celiac Disease Foundation, and has a passion for purity protocol oats.
