Ben, who goes by A Gluten Free Family (@a.gffamily on Instagram), has really let his voice be heard in just one year since his diagnosis. He speaks candidly about his diagnosis, his struggles, and shares why it was so important for him to become a vocal member of our community.
He has also recently launched his own podcast, A Gluten Free Podcast, which you can listen to wherever you listen to podcasts.
