Grateful For Being Alive - Paul Cope (ep. 716)

Published 4 years, 5 months ago
Description
Paul Cope used to be a corporate lawyer but found himself depressed and suicidal, despite having achieved everything society tells us we need to be happy. He took the brave decision to start again, and began work to discover the root cause of his feelings of unfulfillment and dissatisfaction.

Paul has done extensive research into those root feelings and part of that includes how we work in relationships with other people. He works closely with people suffering from a variety of mental illnesses such as ADHD, anxiety and depression.
