For episode 179, we welcomed Patrick McNamara to the show! Patrick is an Army veteran of 22 years, having served on numerous special operations units. He retired from the Army's premier hostage rescue unit as a SGT Major and is an author of T.A.P.S. (Tactical Application of Practical Shooting) and Sentinel. He teaches tactical training and marksman courses throughout the year as well as the co-host of the University of Badassery Podcast with CJ Ortiz!
