Livramento Deal PodBombs First Thursday Show
Published 3 years, 2 months ago
Description
Taylor Payne, George Caulkin, and Chris Waugh make history with the inaugural Thursday edition of The Athletic's Newcastle United podcast, but it looks like breaking news will still ruin our recordings with a deal for Tino Livramento announced, honestly, ten minutes after we finished talking.
The highly-rated Southampton fullback looks to be a long-term project as he recovers from a knee injury, and it just so happens that we are looking at Eddie Howe's defensive options today.
We also examine the ticketing controversy earlier in the week and George looks back on the New Jersey leg of his US trip before the Sela Cup rounds off our pre-season this weekend.
