Bryan Kohberger And His 4th Amendment Rights

Bryan Kohberger And His 4th Amendment Rights

There have been plenty of questions surrounding the constitutionality of the investigation into Bryan Kohberger, and especially surrounding how evidence was collected and tested at the scene of the crime and then in Pennsylvania.

In this epsiode, we discuss the 4th Amendment and how it relates to Bryan Kohberger and his trial moving forward.

The Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution is as follows:

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."
