Wisconsin Badgers Shot Put Record holder, Jason Swarens has been close to winning an NCAA championship in the past. He thought it would take a 21 meter throw to get the job done, so he went to work last summer with that number and a title on his mind. At the 2025 NCAA Championships in Eugene, round 6, on his last collegiate throw, Jason produced 21.23m for the win. Jason shares his journey as a thrower and some insights into his victory.
