Season 1 Published 10 months ago
Description

Traditional productivity advice often fails ADHD professionals—so what should you do instead?

Annie Little, JD, PCC, ICF Certified Coach, JD Nation, a career and ADHD coach for lawyers, will share helpful strategies for thriving in law firms from identifying the underlying cause(s) of your executive dysfunction to effectively asking for support without disclosing your diagnosis. This session will also discuss the importance of a supportive work environment that not only accepts but also embraces lawyers with ADHD, so that you can recognize when it might be time to pivot–whether by switching firms or using your JD in a different career. While the strategies outlined are must-haves for lawyers with ADHD, they can be used by any lawyer to boost their executive function skills, as well.

This program is part of the BHBA+ original series "Briefly Focused: Lawyering with ADHD," designed specifically for attorneys navigating the unique challenges of ADHD or other executive dysfunction challenges.
