Episode Details

Note: Some of this episode involves video content only viewable on the YouTube version. A follow up after the visit with my cardiologist yesterday afternoon. I have also discovered that I seem to have arrhythmia as well. The doctor ordered a two-week heart monitor test for me, so I'll be wearing one of those in the coming days. Three steps forward, two steps back, as they say. Stay positive.
