Hi friends! Today's episode is about what I am calling "the great rebuilding!" Life has FINALLY slowed down for me after graduation festivities, final projects, trips, and so on and not I get the opportunity (and probably you too if you just graduated) to start building the ground floor of what will be my "new adult life." I'm a big planner so I love stuff like this, but it can get overwhelming at times. In this episode I share some tips, techniques, and mindsets to take into this new era of life (that I'm still trying to implement myself). I think it can apply to anyone though at any stage of life if you are wanting to take a step back to re-evaluate the life you are living. I hope you enjoy and I beleive in you!! Happy listening!
