🟠Trump Media Files Registration Statement for Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF

Trump Media & Technology Group has filed with the SEC to launch the Truth Social Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF. The fund will hold 75% Bitcoin and 25% Ether, aiming to reflect their market performance. Trump Media & Technology Group

Crypto.com will serve as the exclusive custodian, execution agent, staking, and liquidity provider. The ETF, sponsored by Yorkville America Digital, is set to list on NYSE Arca, pending regulatory approvals. Launch is expected later this year.
