of This Violent & Harmful Act Against Me, the Defilement of My Body, Mild and SOUL

Please Bring in Peace of Mind for Me now, so I can Feel Whole again,

I Mourn My Loss of Serenity, My Security, My Confidence, and Balance in Life

I feel Ashamed, SCARED, Hopeless, and Vulnerable. & Labeled, Judged

I Mourn the loss of my Flow in Life and the Gentleses and Ease of My Surroundings /PEACE

Please Open me up to NATURES Loving CARE & HEALING and Her Gentle GRACE

Help me Dissipate My RAGE for this assault & TORTURE on my Body, Mind and SOUL

PLEASE Assist in the Removal of ANY HATE I Feel, Think, or REACTIONS i have RELIVING due this this TRAUMA that has been done to me.
