Today's practice is about bringing radical presence to your next meal. Imagine your food not just as fuel, but as a living conversation between you and the earth. Before your next meal, take three deliberate breaths. Place your hand on your heart. Ask yourself: What am I truly hungry for right now? Is it just nutrition, or is it connection, comfort, or care?

When you eat, slow everything down. Use all your senses. Notice the colors on your plate - are they vibrant? Observe the textures. Listen to the sounds of your utensils. Smell the complex aromas. Take small bites and chew slowly, really tasting each moment.
