For the 6th time this season, the St. Louis Blues tried to climb 4 games over .500, only to fall once again on that treacherous climb. The Florida Panthers defeated the Blues 5-1 behind a 3rd period, natural hat trick by Mathew Tkachuk. It would be only the 2nd loss for the Blues when scoring first (now 17-2-0).
