Hunter Noll interviews Boston Red Sox left-handed pitcher Chris Murphy while he's working his way back to the Major Leagues.

In this interview, Murphy discusses his rehab and how he's become a source for players to bounce ideas off of. He also talks about the places he had to revisit at each pit stop along his rehab.

Murphy also mentions how he's used in different scenarios during his rehab, including coming into a jam and working his way through it.

Later, the left-hander talks about the toughest parts of coming back from elbow surgery, and how it's a slow progression with getting his velocity back.
