A husband of wife economic team in Columbia University came up with the “Cloward -Piven Plan: overwhelm the system. That is, “give government benefits at the expense of taxpayers to those who vote for politicians who will do it.” After a while the system is bankrupt! It’s going on right now! But unlike the novel “1984,” we now have omni-present surveillance, artificial intelligence, digital currency, and ultimately digital identities. So the potential now for social control of our minds and our lives is alarmingly real. It’s been decades in the making, and it has infiltrated governments, town councils, big business, civil society, the media, and especially education, So why are we trading freedom and wealth for socialism misery and globalism?
