In American politics, accusations of government weaponization are no longer exclusive to one party—both Republicans and Democrats are using similar tactics to claim that federal agencies are being used to silence opposition and undermine democracy. While each side presents its own grievances, the reality is that both have engaged in efforts to influence law enforcement, the justice system, and even social media, perpetuating a cycle of political retaliation.

Politicians, Not Black Americans, Are Undermining America

For centuries, Black Americans have been expected to uphold the moral fabric of this nation—fighting for democracy, justice, and equality. Yet today, as America crumbles under political warfare, it is not Black communities tearing at its foundation—it is politicians.

Both Democrats and Republicans have abandoned governance in favor of weaponizing government institutions for personal and partisan gain. They manipulate law enforcement, the justice system, and public discourse to silence opposition, protect their own interests, and maintain power.

Meanwhile, Black Americans—who have historically been blamed for societal decline—are watching the true architects of destruction dismantle democracy in real time. The expectation once placed on Black communities to protect America’s moral image is now shattered as political elites—not Black citizens—drive the nation toward collapse.

A PBS report highlights how democracy for Black Americans is under attack, with political leaders suppressing Black history, limiting voting rights, and undermining Black officials. This is not accidental—it is part of a broader effort to rewrite history, silence voices, and maintain control.

The question is no longer who is responsible—it is who will rise to fix it.
