Co-Living Cashflow -- 2025 Blueprint For Success In Affordable Housing | Astroflipping Breakout

Published 7 months, 1 week ago
Description

In today's Wholesale Hotline (Astroflipping Edition) Jamil shares a full-circle story of a homeless family he unknowingly displaced through a wholesale deal—and how it sparked his mission to create affordable co-living housing options for those priced out of the market..

Show notes -- in this episode we'll cover:

  • Jamil outlines how co-living offers both community impact and investor upside, turning standard 3-bed homes into 6-7 bedroom cash-flow machines—often yielding 25–32%+ cash-on-cash returns.
  • Why co-living thrives in overlooked areas: homes on busy streets, near public transport, in C & D-class neighborhoods with $2,000+/mo rents for 3/2s, and in cities with 100K+ populations.
  • Breakdowns of real case studies, including converting standard homes with no additions into high-yield co-living properties—netting up to $3,000/month with little to no money left in the deals.
  • Jamil makes a bold call for balance in real estate: “If you take a unit off the market, put one back on.” Investors, he says, have both an opportunity and a responsibility to be part of the solution.
