The Minnesota BCA is on the scene of an officer involved shooting that left one man injured last night in Brooklyn Center. Governor Tim Walz is testifying along with two other Democratic governors before the House Oversight Committee. The BCA continues to investigate after a shooting Tuesday evening in Albert Lea leaves two dead. Smoke and heavy rainfall looks to have an impact today across the state. A celebration at William O'Brien State Park where they are showing off upgrades to make the park more accessible.
