Manchester City are the biggest movers, after a trophy-less campaign. The side who went into 2024/25 as heavy favourites to lift the league again - off the back of winning a history making 4 consecutive league titles - fell well short of 5 in-a-row, and were fortunate to qualify for the Champions League. With Pep Guardiola now looking to oversee what looks like a full rebuild— City are available at their preseason biggest price in over 15 years.
