Dozens of people are under arrest as protesters clash with police in Los Angeles. The National Guard is now on the scene after being dispatched by the president, against the wishes of Governor Gavin Newsome, who says his state will sue the federal government over the Trump's move. It's the first time in 60 years a president has sent in troops without a request from the state.
