Episode Details

In this episode, I share the power of metaphors and how they can help us understand our subconscious mind. I share a compelling metaphor involving two electrical outlets, one representing our past and the other our future. On the left side, we have the "old plug," connected to our daily thoughts, old patterns, and negative beliefs—essentially everything that has shaped who we are up to this point. This side is familiar and feels safe, but it often keeps us in a negative cycle.

On the right side, we have the "new plug," which symbolizes our future potential, aspirations, and the identity we are striving to become. This outlet is connected to our visions and the possibilities that lie ahead. Every thought we have throughout the day is like a choice to plug into one of these outlets. The challenge is becoming aware of which plug we are connecting to and consciously choosing the one that aligns with our desired future.
