Was that boss grumpy, short-tempered and kind of mean?

Or was that boss kind, encouraging and patient?

We have all had a lot of bosses in our lives. There are a lot of bosses in this world. There are also a lot of leaders in this world. But, there is a big difference between being a boss and being a leader.
