🍦Ingredients: 材料

1. 100g of milk 牛奶100克
2. 60g of whipping cream 鮮奶油60克
3. 30g of condensed milk 煉乳30克
4. 100g of rock salt 粗鹽100克
5. 300g of ice 冰塊 300克
6. 1 bowl ／碗1個 (可以混合鹽和冰塊的size)
7. 2 large plastic zipper bags／ 大塑膠夾鏈袋2個
8. 1 small plastic zipper bag ／小塑膠夾鏈袋1個
9. 2 towels ／毛巾兩條

🍦Method: 方法

1. 把牛奶，鮮奶油和煉乳到入小的夾鏈袋。Put milk, cream and condensed milk together in the small zipper bag
2. 把粗鹽和冰塊放在碗中 然後放在2個大的夾鏈袋，份量要一樣喔!Mix the rock salt and ice together in the bowl. Put them in 2 large zipper bags. Remember to put the same amount in each bag.
3. 把毛巾鋪平 把冰淇淋放在兩個冰袋之間。Lay down the towel.Put the ice cream bag between the 2 ice bags.
4. 用第二條毛巾包覆這三個袋子維持低溫。Wrap these 3 bags in the second towel to keep them cold!
5. 等10~15分直到冰淇淋凝固 。Wait 10 to 15 minutes until the ice cream becomes hard.
