Description
GRAB SOME ICE GIVEAWAY: https://www.slcpuck.com/p/giveaway-grab-some-ice
A national NHL insider reported this week that Utah Mammoth GM Bill Armstrong may be open to trading the team’s first-round pick in this month’s NHL Draft. It’s not a surprising development—Armstrong has hinted at this possibility ever since Utah landed the No. 4 pick in the lottery.
SLC Puck host Austin Facer believes it’s a smart move to explore. But who could Utah target in return? In the latest episode, Facer breaks down a potential trade partners, what kind of return would make sense, and even throws out a name to watch in free agency—someone currently playing in the Stanley Cup Final between Edmonton and Florida.
SLC Puck! is a twice-weekly podcast covering all things Utah hockey, hosted by local hockey analyst Austin Facer.
