When you fall into rabbit holes where the anxiety feels bigger than you...you need some strategies! Groundedness means knowing (somewhere deep down) that all is well or will ultimately be well.

Return to some of the holiday spirit by implementing some of these holiday grounding hacks!  Some of them are passive (you don't need to do much to reap the benefits), and some of them take a little more intentionality.

We start with a fantastic visualization and unpack so many more strategies from there.

Sleep Assist Meditation
CBD Tincture
Lamp I own and use
Valor I use on lower back
Cedarwood I put on bottoms of feet for sleep
