An interview with Joe Baird, impact investor who I met in Veglio Northern Italy, where he is introducing regenerative agriculture methodes to restore the countryside, both ecologically and socially. He splits his time between California and Northern Italy where he tries to connect rural and urban areas. We covered among other things, like farmer health in this episode. Looking at ways to make sure farmers and their family make enough income to survive, so they can actually take care of the soil in the long run.
