In this episode, I share the concept of becoming the version of ourselves that can hold our dreams before we chase them. Our nervous systems must feel safe and regulated to pursue our goals effectively. If we rush into chasing what we want without first anchoring into our identity, we risk operating from a place of lack rather than power.
I share my journey of deciding to publish "Unreserved," highlighting the month I took to reflect on whether I was ready for such a significant commitment. This pause allowed me to assess my beliefs, emotional state, and the blocks that could hinder my ability to lead and sustain the energy of this project. If we chase our goals without addressing our internal barriers, we may experience burnout, self-sabotage, and the inability to sustain the results we are constructing and creating.
