A Japanese food documentary 'Tokito: The 540-Day Journey of a Culinary Maverick,' will be screened at the 71st Sydney Film Festival this month. The film follows a group of chefs who attempt to transcend the boundaries of tradition and create a new Japanese cuisine. During the process of finding food suppliers, issues of the environment, agriculture and food come to light.
