A man allegedly bought a lotto ticket but had his girlfriend hold on to it because he had lost his wallet. They win but due to no ID he could not claim the winnings, so his girlfriend does. Then the girlfriend puts the winnings in her bank account because the man had no bank account. The woman then takes off with the money. Who should get the money?
