TODAY on the show we started off by recapping a fight that we had last week on the show over the word of the day. We also got into some sports talk and took some phone calls. We got into our Days of the Week and received our Word of the Day. We talked about the upcoming 33 day Go Cleanse challenge and how Lex is gonna be participating. Terry finally revealed his top secret "Dog" shirt that he's been holding onto for some time. We got into some Sarah B Trending. We also did a few epic segments of Dee singing "White Rock."
