Colorado is near the top in the country for road rage, and the reaction could be anything from cars colliding to menacing with a gun. Then, the lasting impacts of the protest movement in 2020. Colorado cities have paid out millions in settlements. Also, two prominent artists explain what role they see for art in protests. And, turn up the volume for this week’s Arts Spotlight, featuring a whole lot of funk.
