Tanishia shares her inspiring journey from being an HR director who was laid off during COVID-19 to becoming a successful real estate agent.
Tanishia's story is one of resilience and determination. She decided to invest in herself by going to real estate school in early 2020. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, she quickly obtained her license and secured her first client. By 2021, she had made significant strides in her real estate career, earning around $90,000.
Tanishia emphasizes the importance of mentorship and investing in oneself. She credits her success to the guidance she received from mentors and the investments she made in coaching programs. By 2022, she had achieved $8 million in sales, and in 2023, she doubled that to over $16 million.
