Searching for a new path involves accepting our current situation - "calling it as it is". In our current pandemic many have found themselves in the midst of pain, confusion and struggle that chaos inevitably brings. Chaos is a creative incubator from which a higher order can emerge, but chaos is frightening.
It can be frightening for the people plunged in the middle of it, for leaders, for those that watch and wait and feel powerless. It can be a catalyst for gathering courage, patience, faith and the commitment to move forward; a period of reassessment, exploration,discovery and decisions where life will lead us.
To survive these personal transitions and thrive, we need a clear sense of direction, strong values and beliefs in our ability to weather the storm and to forge a better life for all - let's explore in more depth a heart leadership approach.
