Hey everybody! Episode 16 of the show is out. In this show, I spoke with my friend Marta. Marta is a yoga instructor and plant medicine practitioner who I met at the Amazon healing center The Temple of the Way of Light, where she led workshops combining yoga and plant work. She draws on a lot of different traditions and modalities and bridges them together in a beautiful way. She is currently working on a book and offering one-on-one mentorship. “Marta Wanderlust is a space holder, spiritual mentor, a Yoga teacher and a Breathwork facilitator. Born in Poland with a history of having cities like London, Berlin or Rio de Janeiro as her home, Marta has spent the last six years living between India and Peru. She has studied across diverse traditions, devoted to understanding our human physicality and the pathways to Spirit. Her deep immersions into the realms of Advaita Vedanta, Yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Plant Medicine, high-Andean and Amazonian shamanism have led her to understand that all paths are complementary, and ultimately lead to the very same realization of Unity, which she likes to refer to as 'remembering'. Marta is currently based in Europe, working on self-publishing her first book, sharing her practice with her online community, mentoring private clients, all while looking forward to the day when her greatest love, hosting of small transformative retreats internationally, will again be possible. “
